Final Exams
Final Exams are getting close. We are almost done with the 2007 - 2008 School Year. Teachers and students are ready for the summer, but first students must pass their final exams. Seniors will take their exams during the week of May 5 - 8. Underclassmen will take their exams during the last week of school, May 19 - 22. Please make sure ALL students are here on the days of their finals.

Positive Behavior Support
"LEE HIGH IS A PBS SCHOOL"
PBS is off to a good start at Lee High School. One of the goals of PBS is to provide a positive and encouraging school climate. Teachers at Lee High were informed of the goals and aims of PBS. Our school motto is “Be Respectful, Be Responsible, and Contribute Positively.” Teachers and administrators participated in an amusing instructional video highlighting appropriate and inappropriate ways of acting in the classroom, on campus and during assemblies. The students enjoyed watching the mock students (teachers) perform in both appropriate and inappropriate ways. The video was a great lesson that modeled appropriate behavior.
In support of PBS, we are having Patriot Fridays at Lee High. Students who have perfect attendance all week as well as follow dress code guidelines will be allowed to have a free dress day on Friday. Patriot Friday will offer a reward to those who attend school regularly and follow school rules as well as encourage students who do not. Our teachers and administrators are using the PBS principles in classrooms and throughout the school campus. We look forward to a very positive year!

Parent Meeting
Lee High will have Parent Meetings once a month during the school year. Each month, two meetings are being held during the day to support your schedule. Our first meeting will be at 9:15am, and our second meeting will be at 6:00pm. Both meetings will take place in our cafeteria. Please try to attend either one. Lee High needs the support of our parents.
Our meeting dates will be: 9/18/07, 10/17/07, 11/13/07, 12/18/07, 1/23/09 (Career Day), 1/24/08, 2/19/08, 3/18/08, and 4/15/08. These dates are subject to change.
